That happened to me too beginning of March. I hear NBC is faster. And yes NBC does not have processing time for I-485 but they certainly process them but mostly through field offices. Filed everything together — AP, i140 premium, i485, and no EAD (I’m already on H1B).I got update on my pending I-485 which filed 11/2/2015 at Nebraska service center after approved I-140(august/2015).
